We may need someone who knows hot your feeling, someone away from your relationship circle, who can give you the right advice for you.

Our highly experienced health team will be on hand to design and support you with an individualised programme to suit all your mental wellness needs.
This is a very comprehensive 8 week package which includes the following;
- Your very own wellbeing coach
- A mental wellness assessment
- 4 x 30 minute calls per month with your wellbeing coach to see how your plan is working out, to support you and give you motivational advice to support you through your journey.
- Activities, tasks, and strategies set out by your wellbeing coach for you to follow from the comfort of your normal daily lives.
- Free booklet at the end of the course to assist with your continued development in wellness. this will include topics of mindfulness, anxiety management, emotion regulation, the importance of sleep, goal planning and much much more.
